|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. |
For those customers who prefer not to order and make any payments online we have provided a printable order form which can be completed and posted with a cheque or crossed postal order made payable to BEC Engineering.
All credit card transactions are processed through PROTX using a secure encrypted server. becdesignworks.com does not have access to these credit card details. PROTX will accept the following credit and debit cards Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, and Solo.
After receipt of your order we are committed to delivering your goods as quickly as possible. We currently only deliver to UK mainland customers. Orders will normally be despatched within 21 days.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel the order without giving a reason. You may cancel your order within 7 working days from receipt of order.
Returns and Exchanges
In the event that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase please inform us in writing and telephone us within 14 days (starting on the day after the goods are delivered to you) to arrange their return.
The goods must be returned to us unused and, wherever possible, in the original packaging. We recommend that you retain all of the original packaging until you are sure that you intend to keep the goods. If the original packaging is not available, you should use packaging that will provide similar protection as returned items must be received "as new" and in resalable condition. Please note that carriage costs will be refunded only if the item is faulty, or if it differs in any way from the advertised goods. Returned parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until safely received by us. If you would like us to arrange collection of goods for return please telephone. Return carriage costs would then be deducted from any refund due.
All products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship. If any item is found to be faulty, return it and we will be happy to correct the fault or send a replacement without charge.
